Thank you for shopping at our online store. Hands of Spirit Gallery gives you two options for shipping, UPS and USPS. During the check out process you can choose which method meets your needs, acquire shipping insurance, and select how fast you need the items to be delivered. If you need another method of delivery not listed, please call our Gallery at (303) 541-9727 and ask for Bruce.
Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation of that order and the delivery method you chose.
Contact Us: If you have questions about the status of an order, use one of our contact link buttons on the website to inquire. We will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours.
Returns for Reasons other than Damage:
Hands of Spirit Gallery realizes that there are times when an item just might not resonate with you. If that should happen to you, please feel comfortable enough to know that we have a 100% return policy. This does not include shipping or insurance charges going or coming from.
Here is what you do.
- The specimen(s) must be repackaged exactly in the same manner that it was packed in shipping to you, and insured for the full amount. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of the invoice date if within the U.S.; non-domestic returns will not be accepted after 30 days of the invoice date.
- If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will give you an authorization number to return the item for a full refund. You do not need a reason to return an item. We want you to be satisfied and happy with all of your Hands of Spirit purchases. Please know that we do not refund shipping or insurance costs going or coming.
- When we receive your item back at the Gallery and it is inspected to be in the same condition as when it was sent to you, we will issue an immediate refund based on how you initially paid for the item.
Returns Due to Damage - Uninsured:
Crystals and minerals can be fragile items, and while we do our very best to package them carefully and securely, they can break in transit. Because of this, we strongly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance for all items sent to you from this website. Our shopping cart does allow you to opt out of shipping insurance. If your uninsured item is damaged in transit, we cannot accept it back for return, exchange, or refund. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Returns Due to Damage - Insured:
Unfortunately there is always a chance that you may receive an item that was damaged during shipment. If that is the case, and you have purchased the shipping insurance, here is what you do.
- Notify Bruce at Hands of Spirit Gallery by phone or email within 24 hours of receiving your purchase if the item is in any way damaged. There are no exceptions. We will not refund any damaged item if we are not notified within that time frame.
- Once we are notified of the damaged item, we will give you an authorization for return number. Please use this number for all additional correspondence with us concerning the damaged item.
- Hands of Spirit Gallery will then notify you of how to return the merchandise to us. All damaged insured merchandise needs to be received at Hands of Spirit Gallery, 65 Betasso Road, Boulder, CO 80302 no later than 7 days after the original delivery date. If the merchandise is not received within this time frame, we will not be able to refund your money.
